Services for Children and Young People

The development of integrated working in localities is described in the following two documents. The first was consulted on in April 2007. The principle of providing integrated health, social care and education services organised in four localities was agreed by all the Children's Trust partners, including NHS North Somerset.

The second document consulted on in February 2009, describes in more detail the structures and processes necessary to deliver integrated services. Implementation is now underway.
